Then I joined Lucille Roberts today, but I began to doubt. Could it be a refund or I have to pay a cancellation fee?

In my area there is a period of 3 days to cancel contracts. In general, it says in the fine print of the contract. No cancellation fee to cancel if you are within 3 days. I suggest you send a note requesting the cancellation by registered mail and get a signature. This is your "proof" if it is a matter of time before the mark will be reviewed later. You can also call, but it must be in writing to / from them.
