Try some Vasoline on the ear. It should stop the bleeding, and would not harm the dog if he tries to lick them.

For the record, the ears, an area in which a dog with the veins that bleed so why not stopped. If you do not do, in crusts, one or two days, you can contact your veterinarian.

If your dog is bleeding from the ear of a thorn bush, but - I would contact your veterinarian. It is a condition that can take dogs that did not stop bleeding or bleeding and bleeding after it again for one reason or another. This may not be the case - I know I feel better that everything is good. There must be a telephone number at which the page is a vet for you or remind evening / weekend call for vocational training.
